Baaaaarcelona. It was good to be back for a little bit of time in February to visit a school and reacquaint myself with the city. It was a completely different experience than when I was there my freshman year of high school. Being with a group of teenagers vs. on your own is a totally different story. This time, I had a lot more time to spend on the things I wanted to do and see, as opposed to being on a very strict schedule as one is on a school trip. Here are some of the pictures I took while wandering around.
Although the trip was mostly business, I did take some time to see a few of the city’s attractions.
I wandered into this store after I saw COLORS in the windows. I’m drawn to anything colorful and saturated so it was a home design heaven.
The obvious place to visit in Barcelona is Sagrada Familia. I returned to see the church to see the inside this time, because during my last visit I missed out.
I spent a lot of time just wandering and understanding the city.
I walked to Park Guell one evening just to see it. This is undeniably one of my favorite places in the world.
Half of what I love about Barcelona is the streets.
Love you Barcelona, I’ll be back again someday.
