Spent a couple of wintery and cold days in Munich in February visiting a friend. I feel like I’m playing catch-up on my own adventures, but the reality of it is that there are too many pictures and so little time. Alas, it’s the downfall of having a camera attached to your arm. I guess the pros outweigh the cons in the long run though.
I went back to the Residence in Munich because I remembered loving it so much the first time I was there. Luckily my memory served me right and it was just as wonderful as the first time I’d been.
Next stop was the BMW museum. Although I have little knowledge of cars or motorcycles and even lesser knowledge of their inner workings, it was still a cool thing to see. You guys know how much I like pretty things and this museum is abound with them.
Aside from going to the hoity-toity stuff like museums and palaces I also took the time to do what I do best, which is walk around and get lost.
Last but not least was a visit to Nymphenburg Palace, another place I had visited previously but wanted to revisit.
Munich was great, even if the public transport system was the most complicated of all places I’ve been in Europe. I went the wrong way a couple of times but it always worked out. Till next time!
