Miami: The Visual Diary, Part 2

Hey there! Welcome to the third and final installment of my Miami trip. Even I think I’m dragging it out, but what can you do when you took 700 pictures within the span of four days? Yeah, that’s right. Stress out.

Anyway!

We spent one day in the Wynwood district where all the art is. I loved the art and all the murals and even took the opportunity to take some style scrapbook photos (see here) but there were so many more beautiful things to see there.

We then drove to another little island to go to the beach. We lounged and read magazines while the other beachgoers slowly dwindled.

The next day I went on a boat trip WITHOUT MY CAMERA. I felt unnatural and out of place without the thing that has essentially become a permanent part of my hand at this point. I came back without photos but with a sunburn. The below photo illustrates my pain.

The day after that, I redeemed myself by visiting Little Havana and photographing the area and the lovely people around there.

Little Havana was my last stop in Miami. I headed to the airport and was soon on a flight back to Indy. It was a great trip and such a wonderful place to discover. It was on my bucket list, so when I got the opportunity I went for it. Huge thanks to Momo for letting me tag along.
