Taking pictures in a cemetery is never how I pictured my saturdays before art school.
Now, I expect this type of exploration. While I typically fine cemeteries rather unsettling, the beauty in this one is simply undeniable. My best friend and I spent some time exploring the rows of the cemetery before the rain sent us home.

The cemetery has no real sense of organization at all, most of the headstones and crypt type things are placed with just enough walking space between them.

I love the cemetery as a whole. Not only is it a peaceful place, it’s also incredibly beautiful considering what it represents. I can’t wait to see it in the sunshine of summer.

For this morbid occasion I went full-on haunted. Even though I’m already extra pale, I added a red lip to make it even more obvious. I layered a classic RL button-down with a tulle dress and then threw on some raw hem kick flares from Paige Denim ($30 from Nordstrom Rack!). The boots are Hollywood Trading Co from a while ago.

On me:

Boots: Hollywood Trading Co, similar
