On Being Flippant

Much like Willow, I whip my hair back and forth. It’s really the only option when your hair is as long as mine has gotten. It’s always in the way but I don’t think I would have it any other way. When my hair is short(er) it quickly poofs and triangles to something less than hair-like. This day was a particular struggle with the wind, usually seen as dramatic and glamorous but in this case left with me with strands flying uncontrollably. Thankfully, when the wind died down we were able to take some photos.

For this day of scrounging the 1 Euro bins of vintage stores in Paris, I wore some old Levi’s that I tailored myself and a super cool vintage leather jacket that I found in Dublin.

My shirt is Ralph Lauren that I found in my grandpa’s house, I think it was his but we may never know.

These boots have made appearances on the blog before and every single time I wear them I like them even more. Unfortunately the pointed-toe offers an array of colorful blisters, typically on my lil pinky toes. For that reason I can pretty much only wear them sporadically, never regularly.

My lovely Budweiser bandana was also a find, somewhere deep in the clutter of my grandma’s house. Sometimes ya gotta dig!
