Montmartre is one of the best areas of Paris. I’m lucky enough to call it my hood, so I try and spend as much time as possible wandering the little streets. Aside from the stairs and general uphill trajectory, this neighborhood is perfection. My cousin and I took these photos while wandering down the main street on the hunt for some souvenirs for her to take home after her visit.
For an outing like this I went with what I always go with: copious amounts go denim, this time mixed with some linen.
The linen shirtdress belonged to my grandma. It’s such a classic, definitely one of those things I reach for constantly in my closet.
My boots were a find from the Twin-Set store in Venice. They were the last pair so they were insanely marked down. They’re from a brand called Hollywood Trading Co, available on Yoox and other sites. Really great leather boots!
